Many people have reported losing ten or more pounds over the course of a week.

The plan involves copious amounts of low calorie cabbage soup in combination with fresh fruits, vegetables and water. The first thing the person should do is to make enough of this soup to last a week. Since the plan involves eating as much of it as possible, it is a good idea to make a large batch. The ingredients are cabbage, green bell peppers, canned tomatoes, celery and green onions. The person can season it to their individual taste.

Over the course of the week the person can eat as much of this brew as they want and are encouraged to eat it any time they are hungry. Every day the broth is combined with different fresh veggies and fruit as a way to get balanced nutrition. The individual needs to avoid eating any sweets and should not drink alcohol or carbonated drinks.

The plan adds a different food each day that the person can eat along with their soup. Day one is considered a fruit day, so the dieter can eat as much fruit as they desire. Day two is a vegetable day, and so on. A complete menu can be found online, but the main idea is to add different combinations of food each day to supplement the cabbage mixture.

Some people have reported difficulties with using this plan, so dieters should proceed with caution. One of the biggest problems is the that cabbage mixture does not taste very good. Many people have claimed it to be very bland and extremely difficult to eat over the course of a week. Many of these plans do not work because they lack variety. For this reason people might have to get creative when making their side dishes.

Since these types of crash plans can lead to health problems the person should not take their symptoms lightly. If followed correctly this plan can be a good way to lose some pounds quickly.
